3.Conclusion of worker dispatch contract

4.Start of work
Our representative will accompany the staff on their first day of work. During the contract period, we will conduct regular follow-up interviews and act as a liaison between the staff and the company.


5. Contract renewal/expiration
One month prior to the end of the initial contract period, we will ask both the company and the staff member about their future intentions and make a proposal regarding what to do after the contract ends. The Worker Dispatching Act stipulates that you cannot work for the same client for more than three years. If you wish to renew your contract for more than three years, you can become a permanent employee of our company (permanent employment contract) and continue to work for the same company, or you can be promoted to a permanent employee by the company. We also offer other options, such as having a company appoint you as a regular employee.
